Educational Measurement and Evaluation Seminars for Educators has been successfully completed.
Organized by the Quality Coordination Office of Balıkesir University (BAÜN) and conducted by the Measurement and Evaluation Commission, composed of faculty members from the department, the Educational Measurement and Evaluation Seminars for Educators has been successfully completed.
Held across four sessions, the seminar was led by Prof. Dr. Hasan Hüseyin Şahan, a faculty member of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Süleyman Demir, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Betül Alatlı, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Selma Şenel from the same department. The training aimed to enhance the assessment and evaluation practices of university faculty members, promote the use of effective and valid measurement tools, and introduce contemporary evaluation approaches.
During the visit attended by Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Cevdet Avcıkurt, Prof. Dr. Murat Doğdubay, and Prof. Dr. Fatih Satıl, as well as BAÜN Quality Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nuray Gedik, BAÜN Rector Prof. Dr. Yücel Oğurlu presented certificates of appreciation to the academics who contributed to the seminar, recognizing their efforts to improve academic quality.
